1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the online reservation of ultralight aircraft kits and ready-to-fly aircraft offered by I.C.P. ("Company").
By using this website and placing a reservation, the customer agrees to these Terms.
2. Reservation Only - No Online Aircraft Sale
The online checkout allows the customer to reserve an aircraft production slot only.
The online non-refundable payment of €500 represents a reservation fee and does not constitute the purchase of an aircraft.
No aircraft sales contract is concluded online.
3. Reservation Fee
The reservation fee is fixed at €500.
This amount:
- secures a production slot
- is deducted from the final aircraft price
- is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law
By completing the checkout, the customer expressly accepts these conditions.
4. Contract Formation
The aircraft purchase agreement will be finalized separately with a Company sales representative.
Final terms including:
- aircraft configuration
- pricing
- delivery time
- payment schedule
- warranty
- delivery conditions
will be defined in a separate written contract.
Only the signed contract constitutes a binding sales agreement.
5. Aircraft Configuration
Aircraft configuration displayed on the website is indicative only.
Final specifications may vary based on:
- selected options
- technical updates
- regulatory requirements
- production constraints
The Company reserves the right to modify specifications without prior notice.
6. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website:
- are indicative
- may change without notice
- exclude VAT unless specified
- exclude shipping and registration costs
Final pricing is confirmed in the sales contract.
7. Delivery Time
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates only.
Production and delivery schedules may vary due to:
- configuration choices
- supply chain constraints
- production planning
- force majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delivery delays.
8. Kit Aircraft
Aircraft kits are supplied for assembly by the customer.
The customer is responsible for:
- assembly
- inspection
- registration
- certification where required
- compliance with local aviation regulations
The Company assumes no responsibility for assembly performed by the customer.
9. Ready-to-Fly Aircraft
Ready-to-fly aircraft are delivered according to the specifications defined in the final contract.
Customer is responsible for:
- registration in country of operation
- operational compliance
- pilot licensing requirements
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- operational losses
- loss of use
- loss of profit
- registration delays
- certification issues
11. Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- images
- renderings
- specifications
- configuration tools
are property of the Company and may not be reproduced.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Asti.
13. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
